Adopt-A-Highway Volunteers Needed on Saturday Nov. 1

We need your help to pick up litter along route 208 from Sturgeon Creek Marina to Lawyers Road. The more help we get, the faster it gets done. We'll meet in the Smile Lake Anna parking lot by 9 am where we'll have safety vests, pickers and trash bags. Please wear long pants, closed toed shoes and gloves. Long sleeved shirts are recommended, but short sleeves are ok if we get an unusually hot day.

This event qualifies for service hours for high school students.
